Hi, Does anyone know if the DVD release within the UK will be identical to the UK screening? I think there are rumours it will be edited for the US market and hope the UK version will remain unchanged.
Many thanks...Jason |

Hello.
Now you've opened a can of worms That has been a major discussion point in this forum as most people don't want Oliver Stone to edit Alexander at all.
Have a look round at some of the threads and see what's been written already |

Hiya Joshua/Jason,
You share the sentiments of most of us. We have made it a bit of a priority to get the message across as to how much support there is for a DVD version which is at the very least uncut, preferably with additional material. As the song says, you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you might find you get what you need......and my God we're trying.
As CX says, take a look at our impassioned declarations on the subject, they're all around here somewhere.

I do like my new name of CX, it sounds 'cool'. Perhaps I should end that sentence with 'dude' as it seems to be the in word these days |
