One question for The great man? Well I don't think one could possibly be enough to satisfy all the burning curiosity we all ave been lef with about him. Perhaps the fact that I'm not sure he knew too many of his own answers himself is what makes him so appealing and enduring, I'd just be honoured to be in his presence I think but I would love to know like you guys what he'd think of our world, of the race-wars today, of how he'd think his plans would have fared had he survived to see them through and what others were in his heart, but I would also love to know, now that we have the modern advantage of total honesty with sensitive feelings, not bound up in honour and respect so much, just how differently he the person and he the King would have been and how affected his actions were by his troubled and warring parents, their relationship and the heritage their bitter feelings left him with...oh and of course the Hephaistion question!!!!! Wink

Exactly, and on the scale of all the time gone by, it seems we've hardly accomplished half it!

So you take all credits for finding it, he? Wink I'm just kidding!

To be serios, i will ask him this questions:
-If you had knew that the world is bigger, with ***, etc, and forget about the soldiers, what would you do..would you like to conquere those empires?, and why.
-the same question about Rome, will you abort the birth of the empire?.

-Talk me about egypt, what hapened in Siwa, what did the priest told you?

There is a great novel about what might have happened had Alexander turned west instead of going into India. In the novel he is then up against Rome and guess what happens Smile

The novel is called "A Choice of Destinies" and is by Melissa Scott. It is really good - good Hephaistion and lots of him Very Happy

I might be able to offer some insight into one of your questions for Alexander Luna, The one where you would ask, if you lived to an old age when you could no longer capture lands what would you do?
Alexander would rather not live and be old and inactive, without everlasting fame. Alexander would rather live young as he did and acomplish more along with an everlasting fame.
So i have come to the conclusion if he couldn't prevent it and did live to an old age he would be quite remarkable just as he was.
He would do something we will never be able to figure out!.

I'd ask him what was that which initiated his quests, that thing that prevented him from despair or fear of failour.
